BEX225 was supplied new to Canada on 13th Nov 1956, Toronto.

Originaly delivered in light blue with white interior. At some stage the car belonged to a certain Mr Freeman from Toronto area who swapped engine 100D5444 with a V8 engine. Then it was stored away for approximately 20 years.

Subsequently it was fitted with engine 100D2863 while under the ownership of Mr Federico Buratti, who had Bomtempi selling the car to Abbas.

In more recent years the car was fitted with engine 100D584 which is still retains today. It appears that the engine 100D584 was originally mounted on chassis BEX257 which was raced at the Sebring 12h in 1959.

BEX225 received a full nut and bolt restoration in 2014 - 2015 before being acquired by the current Belgian owner.
